Tutorial: Removing Office 365 Licence

There is seem to be a bug within Office 365 where if you have a previous office licence and change over to a new office 365 licence it seems to hold the old licence and make your office application an unlicensed product. This would disable certain application functionality. All you have to do is to manually remove these licences:

Before you navigate anywhere you need remove all office credentials or any credentials that are related.

Using ospp.vbs script

64 Bit

C: \\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16  if you are using 64Bit 

32 Bit

 C:\\ Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16 if 32Bit.

 cscript ospp.vbs /? 

 cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

After you run these commands you need to find out which licence you want to uninstall. Then Run the Below Command:

 cscript ospp.vbs  /unpkey:value  

After you have remove these licences you will need to sign in again.
