Fresh pasta is one of the easiest things to make. There are only two base ingredients, flour and egg. This is the rule of thumb how much flour to egg ratio that I always use 100g Flour to 1 egg (Medium to Large). You can make fresh pasta within 10mins tops.
You ever notice that some pasta is much more yellow than others? This is because they use the yolk portion of the egg so you will need to use more eggs if you go down this route.
Pasta will taste better also it cooks faster too! But of course, if you get pre-packed pasta it will take longer to cook, but there will be less mess to clean up.
